Junior Golf Cleveland
Cleveland youth should prepare to have a fun filled summer as school is ending in just a few short weeks. With summer comes outdoor fun and junior golfers will delight in skill building fun at the Golf Academy in Ohio. This facility offers 40 acres of complete practice facility with a beautiful yet challenging 9-hole course, 20 acre driving range and an indoor practice facility for year round use.
Junior golf clinics are beginning and kids ages 7 through 12 are welcome. The kid’s golf clinic starts this May from 10a.m. to 11a.m. on Saturdays and kids can partake in free lessons (call 330-872-7984 for details). No personal clubs are required but welcome.
Golfers ages 13 and up can join the adult classes on Tuesday and Thursday night 6:00 p.m. Golfers will learn rules, etiquette and safety on the driving range as well as the golf course. The fundamentals of grip, stance, and swing will be stressed. Sportsmanship and character development will be reinforced. Learning the game is fun and learning how to play it better is, too.
The Golf Academy is located at 3781 State Route 5 in Newtown Falls Ohio centrally located between Cleveland and Pittsburgh at gate #209 of the Ohio Turnpike. Golfers will enjoy camp activities and family members are sure to want to take in a game of miniature golf before they go.
